RETURN POLICY

Goods in new and perfect condition can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.
The articles must be shipped with the original documents. Your legal rights remain unaffected by this.

Please make sure that all GOLDBLACK.de returns sent to our customer service department are insured for transport.
Goldblack Premium Accessoires accepts no liability for returned items lost during transport.
Goldblack Premium Accessoires is not liable for any customs duties or other charges that may be incurred when returning returned items.

Any items returned outside the return period or returned without original packaging or documentation, as well as items that have already been worn or damaged,
will not be accepted and returned to the customer and no refund will be made.

 

Cancellation policy

You can revoke your contractual statement within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e. g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are handed over to you before the deadline -
also by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient
(in case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information duties according to Art. 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB.

The punctual dispatch of the revocation or the goods suffices to comply with the revocation period.

Revocation Consequences

If you revoke this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, excluding the delivery costs
(except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),
immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract.

We will use the same method of payment for this refund as you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

They shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for the examination of the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

Important

Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms, otherwise the package will return. All returns must be sent by registered mail.
