  • We will try to ship your order on the same day if it is placed between Monday and Friday before 2 p.m. (CET). Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 14.00 (CET) will be shipped the following working day, those placed after 14.00 (CET) on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

    *All orders are shipped with DHL-Express,DHL-PACKAGE or Deutsche Post. Shipments are fully insured for the shipment and require a signature on delivery. That's why we can't deliver to P.     TRACKING OF THE ORDER

    As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the shipping company and tracking number of your order. Due to current legislation, we are not able to ship to private addresses within the Russian Federation, but only to company addresses.

    In the event of late payment of any customs duties or failure to collect the goods after unsuccessful delivery and the resulting return shipment, GOLDBLACK will refund the purchase price less any return shipping costs and fees. The shipping charges you have paid will not be refunded.

    We will endeavour to deliver your shipment within the specified delivery time, but in some or few cases there may be unexpected delays caused by the transport service provider or government agencies over which we have no control.     Where does GOLDBLACK Premium Accessories deliver to?

    •  With DHL-Express we ship worldwide.

    What shipping options are available and how high are the shipping costs within Germany?

    • Within Germany we offer a standard DHL and express delivery. We deliver within one to three business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
      All orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
      GOLDBLACK cannot be held liable for unforeseen delivery delays beyond our control.

     Where can I have my items delivered?

    •  We can deliver the parcel home or to company addresses where the recipient can sign for the parcel upon delivery.

     Can I have an order delivered to multiple addresses?

    •  At the moment we can only deliver shipments to one address per order.
      To have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

     Will I need a signature on my order when it is delivered?

    • For security reasons, all GOLDBLACK online purchases must be signed by an adult upon receipt. 
      All orders are delivered by DHL Parcel or DHL Express. If there is no one to sign for the parcel, the driver will make up to three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days.
      If there is still no one who can sign for the parcel and after five days no one gets in touch with DHL, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
      The courier could ask the person who picks up the parcel to show an identification document.

     How do I track my order?

    • GOLDBLACK will send you several e-mails during the ordering process to keep you informed about the status of your purchase. 
      You will receive a confirmation email with your shipment number to track your package.

    When can I expect delivery of my order?

    • In order to estimate the delivery time for items that are available immediately, please give us up to two business days from the day of your order, in addition to the time required for delivery, so that we can prepare your order for shipment.
