We deliver worldwide with most secure and reliable companies to provide you the best service. Depending on chosen shipping method and destination, orders will be dispatched with FedEx, DHL or USPS.

 

How much does delivery cost?

When can I expect to receive my order?

Can I track my order?

We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been shipped. This will contain a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery.

Can I return my purchase if it doesn't fulfil my expectations?

Should any product not meet your expectations, GOLDBLACK will grant a 14-day money back guarantee on all products sold on its website as from date of receipt. The Customer required to pay the shipping costs of returns if the goods are delivered as ordered.

The product should be in the original condition and packaging. The payment will be refunded after the unused product has been received and checked.

The product I received looks different to the image at the website?

Every effort is made to ensure that all product images are as accurate as possible. Please note that images used are stock photographs and that texture of the leather may not exactly correspond to actual products.

 

How quickly will my card be refunded?

We intend to proceed your return within 48 hours from receipt. Once the refund has been completed, it may take up to 14 days for your credit card provider to return the funds to your account.

 

Can I use an alternative card for my refund?

Refunds can only be administered to the card used to make the original payment.
